How do I make an enquiry or booking?

Please fill in the form on our “make an enquiry” page of the website; there’s a helpful link below. Once you've submitted the form, I'll check my availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

What area do you cover?

We currently cover a 5-mile radius from our home address in Salisbury.

When enquiring, you will be asked for your address, if you are outside our catchment area, we may still be able to assist with a small surcharge to cover mileage.

Can I meet you before I book?

Absolutely, yes! We encourage arranging a Meet and Greet so we can all meet before you are away.

How do you keep my key safe?

Some clients leave their keys with us all year round for ease - these are kept safe in a lockbox with only your cats name on the tag (not your name or address). Keys are kept with the sitter during visits and are never left in the car overnight. If you are not comfortable with leaving a key with us after your booking, that is not a problem; see next question.

Will you collect my key?

We can arrange to collect your keys before your booking and return them once you’re safely home. There is a small £8 key collection/return fee to cover the sitter’s time and travel.

Alternatively, you’re very welcome to arrange to drop your keys off at your sitter’s home before your booking, at no additional charge.

Are you insured?

Yes! We have full coverage with our insurance provider. We are also DBS-checked and hold a qualification in Cat First Aid, CPR and Emergency Care. (Proof of which can be provided at our Meet and Greet).

What happens if my cat is sick or injured while I am away?

If we have any concerns about your cat(s) when you are away, we will contact you (or your emergency contact) immediately to explain the situation and gain your permission to take them to their vets. As part of the booking process, we will have asked you to fill in a Vet Release Form, which permits us to take your cat(s) to your preferred vet if ever required.

If we cannot reach you and your cat urgently needs medical attention, we will use our professional judgment as to whether they need a vet, purely based on the interest of the animal’s welfare.

Additional charges will apply to cover the sitters time at the vet.

Do you only care for cats?

While cats are our speciality, we are also able to care for other small animals too! We look after animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils and fish. If you’re unsure if we can care for your animal, please ask; we’re always happy to discuss your needs to see how we can help.

Can I book at short notice?

Depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate short-notice bookings, yes.

Depending on how soon your booking is due to start, we may not have time to arrange our usual Meet & Greet beforehand. If this is the case, we’ll make sure we collect all the information we need about your cats, their routine and their care before your first visit.

As we may be unable to meet beforehand to collect a key, you’ll also need to arrange for a key to be left somewhere safe and accessible for your sitter, such as in a secure key safe, or arrange to drop the keys off with us.

How and when do I pay?

We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The deposit secures the dates in the diary and confirms that you are booked in. The remaining balance is required 7 days before your booking start date.

What are your cancellation terms?

Full cancellation terms are outlined in our Terms Of Service, which you will receive before making payment of the deposit. Please read through these in full.
